1. The service https://cvprimo.com is a resume and cover-letter writing assistant powered by AI. It does not guarantee jobs, interviews, or any specific outcomes.

2. Your obligations - Submit only true information about yourself. - Do not submit third-party data without their consent. - Do not use the service for illegal or bad-faith purposes. - You are responsible for the final CV you send to employers.

3. Limitation of liability The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for: - damage from AI errors, omissions, or delays - hiring or rejection decisions by employers - generated content that does not reflect your intent

Final review and approval is your responsibility. The product includes an automated truth-check layer, but human review remains essential.

4. Pricing and free tier The product currently offers up to 10 free sessions per account. We will notify you by email before introducing paid plans; we will never charge without your explicit consent.

5. Account deletion You may delete your account from the dashboard at any time. Deletion is irreversible and removes all sessions, conversations, and CV versions within 30 days.

6. Changes We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days in advance.

7. Governing law and venue Italian law governs these terms. The competent court for consumer disputes is the consumer's place of residence (Art. 66-bis Italian Consumer Code).
