Purposes and legal bases 1. Service delivery — basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Your data is sent to the AI provider DeepSeek (based in China, extra-EU transfer) to generate the optimised CV. 2. Security — basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention - Sessions: auto-deleted 90 days after last update. - Account: deletable at any time from the dashboard (full and irreversible erasure within 30 days).
Extra-EU transfers DeepSeek processes prompts outside the EU. The transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Do not submit special-category data (health, political opinions, etc.) through the product.
